How can I place an order?
If you know which style you’d like to purchase, you can use our search field to type in the style name. Otherwise, you can browse by color, collection, or shoe type.
Once you’ve found the shoe(s) you’d like to purchase, choose your size and color, and click ‘Add to Shopping Bag’.
You may view your shopping bag at any time by clicking the ‘View Bag’ button at the top righthand corner of the page. Once there, you can delete items, continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How can I return or exchange my order?
All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your received order. Once we receive your request, we’ll issue you a return authorization. Your returned package(s) must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original date of purchase.
When we receive your return, we will process a refund to your credit card within 5 business days.
Sale merchandise must be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Any items listed at 65% off are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Do your shoes run true to size?
Our fit depends on the shoe you’ve chosen. For further details on how to choose the right size, see our Size Guide.
Can I edit an order I’ve already placed?
Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to edit the items within your order. You may place a new order with the correct items, or request an exchange once you receive your order.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within one business day. Ground delivery service may take up to one week for delivery; Express service may take up to 3 business days.
Armando Cabral is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Can I track my order?
When we ship your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and details on your ship date and delivery service. If you’ve registered for an account on our site, you may log in and view your order status for a detailed overview. Click here to register for an account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please see the below information to guide you through placing an international order.
Armando Cabral has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Armando Cabral. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
