Changes & Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to support@armando-cabral.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our web site or contact one of our online sales representatives.

Product Availability

Armando Cabral International works hard to update our site with the most current and accurate inventory levels. Unfortunately, for high selling or low inventory items, we may be unable to fulfill customer requests. If this occurs, we will notify you right away, let you know the availability and when you can expect to see it back in stock.

Shipping & Delivery

All domestic orders are shipped via ShipStation. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Armando Cabral International cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or have shipped faulty goods, please contact us at support@armando-cabral.com for a refund or equal exchange.

Return Policy

Armando Cabral International wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for your purchases. We will accept full-priced merchandise accompanied by a return authorization number. The return authorization must be requested from us within 14 days of receiving your order, and returned packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. Once we have received your return, your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days and we will email you a confirmation once this is complete.


Sale merchandise must be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Any items listed at 65% off are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
